Rubber Duckie

Many of us, after a hard days work, look forward to a refreshing bath to rejuvenate ourselves and feel 'alive' again'. Some prefer to have a cold shower, some a hot bath while others who happened to have a bathtub at home, soak themselves to destress. But dun soak too long ah... later that 'thing' shrink & wrinkle then u noe! Later must iron. Owwww!! Haha!!

There are many ways to relax. For those who dun mind spending, there's always the spa. But go spa everytime can go bankrupt lah. Want a cheap way to relax that tired muscles all in the comfort of your own home? Then I'd recommend you try this method when you bathe.

Try alternating cold and hot water when you take a shower. 4 minutes of hot water followed by 1 minute of cold water. Repeat again process for the duration of your bath. I tell you, the feeling is shiok leh...!

This method is called 'Hydrotherapy' where u use water for various treatment such as relaxing of muscles, stimulate blood circulation and increase metabolism.

A 30-minute treatment of hot and cold compresses (four minutes hot, one minute cold) to the face, for example, can increase blood flow to the skin by 95%. Increased blood flow means the creation of collagen, more elasticity in the skin and less wrinkling. Wah! Can look young lah!

And if there any gals who are still unsure on how to bathe this method, feel free to call me and i'll help you to do it. Dun worry. No need to pay. Hehe...
